Post 2 My Birthday Outing Get Voting

These are the Five places I have come up with. Please go to the link you will get more of an idea about the place.

Number One
Pistyll Rhaeadr
A waterfall in the Berwyn Mountains.
At 240ft (80m) high it is the UK tallest single drop waterfall.

Number Two
One of the twenty walks in the book
I will put them all in a hat and pick out one

Number Three
A Visit to the town of Chester

Number Four
Elan Valley
The Dams and Resevoirs

Number Five
The Severn Valley Railway
This time of year it runs from Highley to Kidderminster

So get voting, its on my side bar.

Thanks George xxx

You are soooo clever, George! I love that you are allowing your Blogville friends to choose the party location! How kind of you! If only we could really be there *sigh* because that would be fun! I chose the town of Chester b/c it reminds me of the time that I visited Shakespeare's house in 1988! Yes, I visited your country and stayed in Wales but visited London and several other towns! Loved the scenery and history very much!

I think your birthday will be just grand, George, and I would have like to have made two choices for the outing. You dogs in England are so lucky you can ride trains and buses. Here in the USA, no way! So I would like to see you have the ride on the Train and then somehow wind up in Chester for a nice walkabout!

Happy Birthday, Stella, Ali Z and Mom, Jo

Hi George! What a fun birthday celebration you have going on here! Of COURSE I voted for the town of Chester, just had a good ring to it ;-). I've been bugging my ma to take me to some good steps for my "birthday steps" pic. Hopefully she'll make some time to so that soon! Wags from, --Chester

Hi George, I'm sure your Dad would prefer the pub but I love waterfalls so that gets my vote. Have a very good birthday, and hope you get loads of treats. At least you don't need as much puff as I do when blowing out the candles. Love, Auntie Sandy

Hi George!!! We didn't see a trip to South Florida on the list -- but that's OK -- perhaps next barkday. Since we're urban dogs (actually suburban dogs), we're kind of fond of cities and towns -- so we voted for Chester. Have fun whererever you go. We know you will!

Hi George, this is our first visit. We came over from Scotsmad. Looks like you're planning a great birthday celebration with all your friends and we would like to join the fun too! For this one, we have voted "A visit to the town of Chester".

Oh my gosh! We visited that waterfall about 10 years ago - it's incredible! My husband's people are from Wales (and our doggeh obedience instructor has Welsh terriers...), so we've got somethings in common, George! We are so happy to have found you! All those places are beautiful, but we'll have to go with Pistyll Rhaeadr!
