Pedigree Joint Care+ Week Two Tess Reporting

Hi and welcome back to week two of my trial for Joint Care+

"George, do you mind stepping back while I do my report"

Its OK he's sitting right next to me.
This week I said I would tell you what's in the treat sticks that are so good for your joints

Oh look there's a dog inside the leaflet.

I got side tracked, are you paying attention?
I'm reading as it is in the leaflet.

Glucosamine is an essential building block of healthy joints. Ours is naturally derived from shrimp shells. A steady supply of glucosamine helps the body regenerate joint tissue, especially the cartilage which cushions joints. As such, it has a supporting role to play in maintaining the condition of healthy joints and in helping to deal with normal wear and tear.

Omega 3 from fish oils, is recognised for its role in helping to promote natural suppleness and flexibility. It can also help to ease stiffness in joints.

Green Lipped Mussel Powder from New Zealand is a rich source of chondroitin, an important component in building healthy joints. The powder also contains unique fatty acids that help to ease joint stiffness and works as an antioxident to help deal with free radicals

Methionine is an amino acid used by the body to support your dog's own natural processes for dealing with joint stiffness. A steady supply of this nutrient is important for dogs who are showing signs of joint wear and tear.

Micronutrients in Pedigree Joint Care+ include a number of additional vitamins and minerals with anti-oxidant properties

One a day is all it takes

Only one!!

I hope you have all learned something today

Pedigree asked me what do I do to get my joint care treat.
Well I'm only 14 months old and not into tricks, but Mom makes me sit and wait!!!

Got it

Mom didn't say OK, so I had to start again

Its not fair, I'm going to go for it

Got it

Well done Pedigree for making a tasty treat that does you good,
I love them, are you sure it's only one a day?

My condition will never go, but with the help of supplements it will help my joints.
Two weeks is still a little early to say we have noticed a big difference in my stiffness, but I do seem to be more bouncy,
(I'm sure Bertie will be pleased)
and this week at swimming I was quite fast.

I have other video for you to watch.
Just me and my Mom on a walk together.
At Attingham Park

See I told you George was with me all the time on my report.

If you missed report one George has put a page at the top of the blog.
I'll be back next Sunday
See you Soon Love and Hugs George and Tess xxx

TESSY DEAR!

GUESS WHAT????? DAD IS ON THE SAME SUPPLEMENTS AS YOU! teeeheee....no, he is not taking it in "treat" form, but rather in tablets! He has a bad knee due to injuries so he does NOT have arthritis yet, but he is on the EXACT SAME TREATMENT with the same essential ingredients and he is feeling FABULOUS! We are making wonderful walks and he is even able to climb hills now with no pain!!!

Keep it all up my sweet one! You look terrific... MUCH LOVE!

Good report, Tess. We hope you'll continue to be more bouncy. Can't believe what you had to go through to get the treat...that borders on cruelty.

Love the walk in the park.

We found Flat George yesterday, he's been hiding in a book for months!

Too bad you can only have one of those treats per day. It looked like you were having fun on your walk with mom. What was out there that you were stalking? You sure wanted to go get it whatever it was.

Excellent report, Tess. I tried some of that Green Lipped Mussel once...It tasted like slugs, but then you like slugs..hee hee.
We have been following you and George's Olympic events. Nice tongue curling and horsemanship!

Oh yes, those treats contain lots of good things for your joints especially glucosamnine...but the best bit is they taste so good.
George must be wondering where his is!

See you very soon

Oh your Mum is so strict. Not only rationing you to one a day but making you wait! You are a good girl indeed to put up with all that.

Thanks for the update my sweet friend. We use to give our Lakie a supplement with her food called Missing Link. Another friend in Akaska is using a new treatment called cold lazer treatment for her pup. Not sure if either of these things would help. Big hugs...

Tess,
We are sorry you have hip dysplasia but you are a champ testing the supplements for us!

Mommy has to say 'again' how much she LOVES your title picture, the scenery, the 2 cocked heads and your lovely proud British Flag collars! It's one of her favorite pix!

I wonder where I can get an American Flag collar. Off to the internets...in search of.

Thanks Tess! This is most helpful information. I have trouble with arthritis and the joints in my back legs. Maybe this would help me? Of course, I am not supposed to have many treats because of my weight issues ...grrrrrr!

Your pal, Pip
